Everyone has that one food influencer that they cannot stop watching. Since I am hopelessly in love with chicken parm and all things pasta, my explore page is practically marinara-colored.

But there is one food influencer, or two, I should say, that has definitely skyrocketed my screentime, and that is Devour Power

Greg & Rebecca Remmey

Greg and Rebecca Remmey are a couple who have racked up more than 8 million followers combined on Instagram and TikTok by doing what they love: eating food.

In an interview with Forbes, the two built their following by posting regular photos of food they ate.

Recognizing their growing fan base after three years, they quit their jobs when a restaurant approached them to improve their social media.

“We had not gotten married yet, we didn’t have kids, we didn’t have a mortgage. And if we were going to do it, [quit their jobs] I think that would have been the absolute best time,” Rebecca said.

Now, Devour Power isn’t just a series of social media accounts; they’re a brand. With Devour Media, the two have built a team dedicated to expanding their restaurant coverage.

“Devour Power is where we go out to eat…all that crazy food porn type stuff…and then Devour Media is…all the stuff we do for our clients [restaurants],” Greg said in the Forbes interview.

Meats with My Man

The Remmey’s review just about every kind of food you can imagine, my favorites are obviously anything with sauce in it. They have been reviewing a lot of garlic knot sandwiches recently, and it has made me want to try one.

But one recurring segment on their socials that really stands out to me is "Meats With My Man”

This segment is simple…Rebecca goes out for meat with her man, Greg.

Specifically, in this series, they visit restaurants that have a wide array of meat. Turkey, pulled pork, pastrami, and more insane cuts.

First of all, the name “Meats with my Man” is amazing.

“I think the alliteration of ‘Meats and man’ is also clever,” said Riley Hochwald, a friend of mine who is a loyal Devour Power fan.

“I think his love of meats is hilarious, and it's not something I have seen any other food blogger do.”

Why I’ll keep devouring Devour Power

At the end of the day, Devour Power is a platform that makes food approachable and fun. Their passion for food is contagious, and that is what keeps me coming back for more.

They shoot in-depth footage of the meals they eat from prep to plate, and it is what makes them, and the restaurants they showcase, authentic.

As long as they are out eating and posting, you can bet my explore page will stay cheese and sauce colored.

Have you ever heard of Devour Power?
