BDJ 342 Packages
BDJ 342 is a Newhouse class that was my first real experience stepping into the field as a reporter, and it taught me everything I know about covering stories in the community. From finding leads and interviewing sources to capturing the details that make a story come alive, this class gave me the foundation — and the confidence — to pursue journalism.

This collection features projects from VIS 261, a course that taught me the foundational principles and skills of videography and broadcast journalism — from shooting and editing to visual storytelling techniques. It also includes videos I produced while serving as an Associate Producer for Cuse Tonight, Syracuse University’s late-night talk show, where I gained hands-on experience in segment planning, production coordination, and bringing creative ideas to life on screen.
